We are providing our services subject to the Terms and Conditions set forth in this Terms of Service. by Completing the registration process and clicking the “accept” button, you (“Customer” or “You”) are indicating your agreement to be bound by all of the terms and conditions meantioned in this document. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
• Method of Product Delivery: We will deliver hardcopy product by Indian Postal Service. Our team will dispatch all order between 10: 00 AM to 02: 00PM (Except holiday). Delivery time will be depend the service provided by Indian postal service. Any kind of delay of misuse of your product we are not responsible.
• Your Account: If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. To protect your Elite Study Account, always keep your password confidential. You are solely responsible for the activity that happens on or through your Elite Study Account. Try not to use your Elite Study Account password on third-party websites/applications. co.in reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content at any time without notice to you.
• Third party Logins: Person is solely responsible if HE/SHE login with some social networking account.
• Closing/ Deleting Account: User at any time decide to disable/delete the account with his/her own wish. No money will be refunded to user in this case. We provide refund only when we are unable to render promised services to our customer due to technical reasons.

• About Warranty: We do not provide any kind of WARRANTY of success in any Exam/Test/Product.
