HPPSC Police Constable (Female) Screening Test Result

The Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) has officially released the list of candidates provisionally shortlisted for the recruitment of 380 Female Constables in the HP Police Department. This list is based on the performance of candidates in the Objective Type Screening Test, which was held on June 15, 2025.

A total of 621 candidates have been shortlisted for the next stage of the selection process: Document Verification.

What’s Next for Shortlisted Candidates?

The HPPSC has directed all shortlisted candidates to prepare for the document verification process. The exact date for this will be announced shortly.

On the day of verification, you must bring the following original documents, along with a set of attested or self-attested photocopies:

  • Educational Qualifications:
    • Matriculation Certificate.
    • 10+2 Certificate.
    • NCC Certificate (if applicable).
  • Proof of Domicile:
    • Himachali Bonafide Certificate.
  • Application-Related Documents:
    • The Online Recruitment Application (ORA) Form.
  • Category and Eligibility Certificates (if applicable):
    • Certificates for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, Ward of Freedom Fighter, Ward of Ex-Serviceman, BPL, and Home Guard categories.
    • EWS or BPL certificates must be accompanied by a Non-SC/ST/OBC certificate.
    • Important: All these certificates must have been valid on the closing date of the online application and must also be valid on the day of document verification. They must be issued by the competent authority.
  • Employment-Related Documents (if applicable):
    • A No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your employer if you are a regular Government employee.
  • Character Certificates:
    • Two Character Certificates issued by a Gazetted Officer.

The commission reserves the right to correct any inadvertent or technical errors in the list.
